Management Terms & Conditions
We have a few terms & conditions, both for our
owner’s protection & yours. We have made
them very clear, with no hidden clauses etc.,
& in plain English, so that there can be no
gray areas.
Holidayhouse
Management Bookings
Until
a deposit of $150 per week is paid, owners will
not guarantee to hold any dates. Please,
therefore, make sure you pay this deposit promptly
to hold the property before making any travel
arrangements. Payments can be made either by US$
check or credit card. Wheel chair bound visitors
please explain your requirements at time of
enquiry, as we want to
help wherever possible.

Management Payments & Cancellations
The
following payment schedule applies:
On Booking
Deposit of $150 per week.
Non-refundable
Full Payment
Required 2 months before
departure.
In the event of Cancellation
The owners reserve the
right to apply
the following charges:
1
- 2 months prior to departure
- 50% of rental cost.
Less than 1 month to departure
- 100% of rental cost.
All rates quoted on this
site include the
Florida State sales and
tourist taxes.
In
the event of any cancellations on your part, we
advise you to get your own travel insurance or
check if your home insurance covers you before
booking.
Pets
No pets allowed, unless by prior arrangement such
as members of the blind and in exceptional
circumstances.

Management Accommodation
In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary
to substitute your chosen villa for one of the
same or higher standard.
Liability
The agents on behalf of the owners will require a
security bond of $300 with the final balance. This
will be refundable subject to a satisfactory
status report by Holidayhouse
Management and
the safe return of the key/s. In the event of any
damage to the property, caused by the party to
this agreement, the owners or their agents will
look to those persons for full reimbursement of
the outstanding amount within fourteen days.
Bookings made with credit cards will not have the
bond taken out at time of booking. Holidayhouse
Management will
however get authority to take said monies if
deemed required.
By making any payment with a credit card, you
automatically give Holidayhouse
Management permission,
within fourteen days after guests departure to
take any reimbursement deemed necessary, however
photographic proof (wherever possible) of damage
must be made by Holidayhouse to justify charge to
the card. Holidayhouse
Management must
also show all incurred costs, invoices and
payments as proof of repair which will be
available upon request.
Whilst staying at one of our managed homes, we ask
that guests take care at all times. Neither Holidayhouse
Management nor
the owner of the individual property will be held
liable for any damage to or loss of guests
property, or any injury, illness or fatality
however suffered by the guest whilst staying at
the property. In the event of any such problems
please refer to your own travel, medical or home
insurance policies which we advise you to have.
Vacation
Payments & Deposits
At this time we accept Visa & Mastercard
credit card transactions. Bookings made with
credit cards will not have the bond taken out at
time of booking. Holidayhouse
Management will
however get authority to take said monies if
deemed required. (see above) If, any reimbursement
is required, Holidayhouse
Management must
also show all incurred costs, invoices and
payments as proof of repair which will be
available upon request.
Bookings
There
will be a 3% booking charge on all vacation
bookings, however under certain circumstances this
fee can be waived at the managements discretion.
Travel
and Attraction Arrangements
Whilst we at Holidayhouse
Management &
some owners of the property are prepared to pass
on recommendations for Travel Agents, Attraction
Tickets, Car Hire companies, etc. we accept no
responsibility for any problems experienced in
using these companies. All arrangements are the
sole responsibility of the Guest.
